Reporting a calculation problem
The most useful reports include the birth date, time and place you entered (or a test case you are happy to share instead of your own), what the site showed, and what you expected, with the source: another program, an ephemeris or a birth certificate. Please say which house system and node setting you used. We check reports against JPL Horizons and the Swiss Ephemeris.
Missing places
Birth places come from GeoNames, which lists more than 160,000 towns and cities of about 1,000 people or more. If your birthplace is missing, choose the nearest town in the same time zone (the lines only depend on the time and time zone) or enter exact coordinates under Adjust place or time zone. Tell us about it and we will look at adding it.
