Where the Moon was rising
The Moon ASC line joins every place where the Moon was just clearing the eastern horizon at the moment of your birth. In a chart cast for any of those places, the Moon would sit on the Ascendant: the point of self, body and first impressions. Like other rising lines it is drawn as a solid curve, and because the Moon's declination can be large, it may bend sharply at high latitudes.
